We have very few clients who haven't required at least some degree of customization. This varies in complexity from basic report modification to the development of industry-specific verticalizations (e.g. the Hospitality industry, governmental contracting, etc.).
We have many years of experience creating these sorts of customizations. In fact, we created one of the apps currently available through Microsoft's "AppSource" extension marketplace. While this particular app (i.e. "24/7 TimeTracker") was developed for use by project-oriented companies, it serves as an example of the sorts of extensions that we can develop to meet your company's specific needs.
